You'll lose anything you built on the planet, but it should set it back to normal (assuming you've removed all mods). Look for a planet file with those coordinates and delete it, forcing the game (upon loading the planet) to make a new planet based on the seed. To find those files, right click Starbound in your library, click Properties, go to Local Files, click Browse Local Files, open the Storage folder and the planets are in the Universe folder. Might also be able to move far away from where you are to force the game to generate new planets without the stuff from the mod, but if you can't land on the old planets there's not really much point in keeping them.
